  • The Threefold Seynlight [Axial Pillars connecting the Worlds]

Akin to the 3-fold Awen Rays of Celtic myth, the Seynlight is a mysterious light of pale intensity which appears now and then, sometimes as a brilliant, brief flash, but more often in the form of a Pillar, or more commonly as Three Pillars suggesting three elements, air, fire and water. The whitish air form (to the right), a space-time gateway, is named simply 'Seynlight', but the water (pale blue, left) and fire (pale gold, central) forms have the alternative names of 'Seynwater' and 'Seynfire. Seynwater appears as flames of water slowly descending, Seynfire as fire slowly flowing upward. The Seynlight often appears when guidance is needed to a particular place, or object of sacred power, or when an event of great significance is about to occur. The Three Pillars are axial means of ascending to Overworld (fire), descending to Underworld (water), and entering other space-time dimensions, or shamanic Worlds.

  • Once for the wounding that brings healing

Second for the darkness that leads to light

Third for the death that gives birth to life

  • Principal Shamanic Guides of 'The Dark' Nathair

All are Guardians of either of Three Realms: the Overworld, Realm of Celestial Light; the World, Realm of the Solar System and Nature; the Underworld, Realm of the Sacred Fire and Dark Light

    Guardian Powers of the Overworld:

Celendien, Guardian Light & Celestial Mother

Believed by some to have originally been one of the (3 or 4) foremost of the Celestial Ones, the most powerful entities known throughout the Heavens, Celendien is revered as a presiding Goddess and Protectress. Known as 'Lady of the Stars,' the epithet of her name, 'Cye Erendae,' means in an ancient tongue 'The Namer,' for Celendien names many worlds and moons. She dwells in her bright Halls above the clouds on Mount Sylfren of the planet Nardareth, sole world of a spiral galaxy's central white star, the Nameless Sun. She spends much time with Aaivan (below), with whom she designs worlds, helps kindle the light of new stars and holds counsel. Seldom seen, Celendien reveals herself only in visions and within the Dreaming, where she appears as a tall form veiled in white and surrounded by brilliant light.

    Soul Healing & Diagnosis:

Celendien aids in maintaining strength and purity of focus, adherence to the imaginal path of the soul, dedication and devotion to one's personal vision, accessing the divine potential of the Higher Self, cathartic cleansing, singlemindedness in one1s vocation, and offers counsel in times of darkness or uncertainty. Her voice is deep and gentle, like a soothing blend of sea, wind and fire, yet carrying great authority. Sometimes her counsel is written on a scroll which drifts up to the surface and is retrieved (often by Aaivan) from the Well of Illumination at her Halls of the Stars.

    Colour: White

Crystals: Diamond, Blue Sapphire, Amethyst, Spectrolite Archetypes: The Divine Self, the Immaculate Conception, Mandala, Creation Arthurian Tarot: Sovereignty, Grail Hallow, Grail Ten, The Round Table, The World or The Flowering of Logres.

Chakras: Crown, Soul Star and Higher chakras beyond ultraviolet Mythic Affinities: Celtic Arianrhod 'Silver Wheel', Star Goddess and Full Moon Goddess, Keeper of the circling Silver Wheel of stars, a symbol of time or karma; also with Dana, Mother of the Celtic Gods, and with Varda 'the Exalted' (Elvish 'Elbereth'), Kindler of the stars and mightiest of the Valier).

Invocation of Celendien, Our Lady of the Stars:

Celendien, Dark Mother and Guiding Light of the vast Celestial fields,

shine upon us the brilliance of many stars

and the shimmering of many moons in still waters

as we open our hearts to the unending Illumination

that the One Light of Truth unfolds

    The Celtic Three Cauldrons Alignment:

The Cauldrons are vessels of inspiration which regulate the flow of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies. (Similarly, Chinese medicine declares the body to be a triple vessel of warming). These Cauldrons are within us and nurture our whole being. The orientation and vitality of the Cauldrons can be diagnosed by rattling, drumming and singing, conferring with Cauldron Guardians, or through intuition received in visions and/or during communion with the person. Commune with the person's energy field and sing aloud the unfolding sequence of images and impressions. Tune into the person's aura, emotional, organ and body resonance by sounding various tones and finding the right energy wavelengths. Use music as a net to reassemble the triple spiral of fragmented soul-parts (i.e. to integrate the personality) and coax the soul home if it has wandered.

Cauldron of Warming: This vessel symbolises the warmth of cherishing and service; it is the foundation vessel which maintains vital energy and power and provides essential nurture. (Relate to Base and Spleen chakras). For healing or strengthening, evoke Cauldron Guardians (Ainjanneth, Morddain, or Daynar), place warmed stones and crystals on chakra levels and recite the Rite of Purification by Fire (following). This cauldron corresponds to the Cauldron of Annwyn (the Underworld) which Arthur quests for. It is warmed by the breath of a Ninefold Sisterhood, such as the Order of the Chalice (below).

Cauldron of Vocation: This vessel helps us interface with non-ordinary reality. Active within all who are attuned to their creativity, it gives out to others and is replenished by the inner fire. The practice of one1s art is not to empty oneself, but to be filled again. It acts like a receiver, or satellite dish and faces sideways normally, upright in enlightened beings. This cauldron indicates our capacity for and willingness to offer selfless service to the universe; it corresponds to the Holy Grail as the source of healing, divine potential, wholeness, the flow of blessings and emotional contentment. (Relate to Heart and Solar Plexus chakras). To strengthen, invoke Cauldron Guardians, Aaivan or Nhaiarva, heat relevant stones in spring water, then cool and drink. Recite the 'Vision of Discernment of the Heart' (see below).

Cauldron of Knowledge: (Throat, Brow and Crown chakras). This vessel has the greatest capacity for artistic and spiritual gifts and operates in those who are mystically inclined, centred and continually aware of the unus mundus. It corresponds to the Grail of Selwynd. The Nine Gifts of the Cauldron are: poetry, reflection, meditation, lore, research, great knowledge, intelligence, understanding and wisdom.

    Aaivan, the Child Eterna

Aaivan was not born of Celendien, but was found by her when as she stood one morning at a river's edge (in her incarnate form), he floated downstream as a sleeping babe on a huge lily leaf in the spring. He never grew beyond childhood but became an elusive Wanderer and inspirer of self-emptying simplicity, dwelling alone near Celendien at the heart of the Heavens on Issanda, a small, snow and ice-covered moon of the one world of the blue star, Benigedd. Always accompanied by a Silver Globe hovering before him, Aaivan, who appears unbidden to whomever he will, carries a Shepherd's staff and as well as helping Celendien design new worlds, wields his own gentle and unfathomable power of mystery as he helps sustain the Dreaming. He is also known as the 'Keeper of the Rainbow', for he carries enclosed in his hand a tiny rainbow which he shows to whom he will.

Shamans are aligned with Druids (from Sanskrit veda 'to see or know'), counsellors, shapeshifters, diviners, vision poets, seers and prophets. The vision of the all-seeing Child is a strong feature of Celtic initiation into shamanism and relates to finding the integrity and core of matter and restoring its virtue in an effective way.

    Diagnosis & Soul Healing:

Aaivan mediates the deep 'gnosis' that issues from clear insight, a love of simplicity, an openness to wonder, mystery, and a receptive soul. He fosters creative expression, self-love and love of all life, sensitivity and humility of attitude. He helps to still the mind in meditation and aids in the consummation of the inner divine marriage by building a rainbow bridge between the crown and base chakras. Aaivan restores a sense of adventure to those who have lost heart, or whose souls have wandered through grief or boredom, and offers help with and for children (of all ages). If Aaivan opens his hand to us, the Rainbow Bridge of full consciousness and illumination is revealed. He has affinities with Eros as puer aeternus and with Mercurius as the symbol of the divine union of opposites, the mysterium coniunctionis of alchemy.

    Colour: Silver

Crystals: Pink-Violet Sapphire, Opal, Rhodocrosite, Lepidolite, Rainbow Quartz, Peridot, Aquamarine, Angelite, Rose Quartz, Chrysoprase, Howlite Archetypes: Spirit, Puer Aeternus, Eros, the creative Animus Arthurian Tarot: The Sun, The White Hart, the Hermit, Grail Two, Grail Knight Druid Sacred Animals: Bradan (Salmon), Druid Dhubh (Blackbird), Losgann (Frog), Ron (Seal)

    Chakras: Soul Star, Third Eye

Aaivan: Vision of Discernment of the Heart (Cauldron of Vocation, or the

    Seynwater)

  • I am Discernment of the Way,

knowledge that doth ebb and flow

    and journey like the wind.

Trust me: though your heart grow weary

let it have its way with thee,

listen not to voices that will clamour for its safety.

I will set a Point for you upon a distant shore,

many storms will bar you from it, seas uncrossed before,

but from your sight it ne'er shall vanish

and the light there ne'er shall wane,

see the Point, for naught else matters -

    all that's lost for it is gain . . . .

  • Starwing

In childhood Starwing grew to be surpassingly fair and contemplative, and as a young girl was prone to wandering off alone on brightly moonlit nights. For three Eras (around 1000 Earth years), Starwing wandered the outer reaches of the galaxy, the dark nebulae and thinly scattered stars among which by her art she wove into being the Dreaming, the deepest level of the Heavens' meaning and existence, over which she presides. In the Fourth Era she came to the planet Camethis where she established her realm of Aureanthe within a mist-enshrouded isle centred in a Lake. Her true name, Naudicea, means in an ancient tongue 'nocturnal white orchid.' Though seldom seen outside of her realm, Starwing appears to many in dreams and within the Dreaming and is praised in legend and song as 'the fairest of all beings.'

    Diagnosis & Soul Healing:

Starwing offers guidance in romantic and sexual matters, insomnia, moodiness (particularly in men), emotional excess, lack of memory of dreams; she helps one connect with landscapes of the Otherworld and Underworld (the Dreaming), promotes union with the contrasexual inner half of the soul, and aids the soul to wander freely between the three soul planes, or Imaginal Worlds.

Mythic Affinities: the Celtic Goddesses Branwen and Rhiannon, and the Greek Goddesses Aphrodite, Persephone and Psyche.

  • Archetypes: Beauty, Eros, The Anima, the Mediatrix, Maya, Mysterium Coniunctionis

    Colours: Black and silver

Crystals: Ruby, Pearl, Moonstone, Onyx, Lapis Lazuli, Selenite, Garnet, Milky Quartz

    Chakras: Third Eye and Heart

  • Arthurian Tarot: Lady of the Lake, the Moon, Sword Four, Grail Five, Grail Seven Druid Sacred Animals: Cailleach-oidhche (Owl), Eala (Swan), Corr (Crane), Eilid (Hind), Draig-Uisge (Water Dragon)

Guardian Powers of the Realm of World & Nature:

    Nhaiarva

Nhaiarva journeys from world to world, awakening new life forms and ordering into intricate harmonies their natural cycles and webs of relatedness. She is nurturing and protective toward all living things, solitary in her pursuits, and her maternal kindness and nobility of bearing combine with an adamantine strength of mind and character. Nhaiarva stands firm against the Grey Powers, some of whom once attempted to harm her innocent world, Yonah. She ordained into being the Order of the Chalice, and is the Keeper of the Grail.

The Grail of Selwynd: This sacred chalice resides in Selwynd, the Realm of Unapproachable Light, and appears now and then, often on the planet Yonah, where its Guardian is Nhaiarva. It is the foremost object of quest and appears to each seeker in a different light and form, causing visions and bestowing draughts of healing knowledge, and renewed courage and strength.

    Soul Healing & Diagnosis:

Nhaiarva provides mothering, solace, nurturing, strength and wisdom to repel negative energies. She helps with the diagnosis and healing of the Earth and other worlds, aids in communion with stellar essences, protection of animals and plants, and offers counsel in the search to realize one's ideals and limitations. For women she is a prime initiator into the feminine mysteries of The Annunciation, The Immaculate Conception and The Virgin Birth as rites of passage into a nurturing of the Child within oneself and within others.

Mythic Affinities: the great Earth Goddesses and Divine World Mothers: Isis of Egypt, Ceridwen of Celtic myth, Yavanna of the Valier of Middle Earth, Gaia, Rhea and Demeter of Greece, the Navajo Changing Woman, Nu Kwa of China and Tiamat of Babylonia.

    Colours: Gold and green

Crystals: Emerald, Alexandrite, Beryl, Amber, Jade, Rhodonite, Agate, Aventurine Archetypes: The Nature Goddess, Gestation, Birth, The Wise Woman Arthurian Tarot: Guinevere, Grail Queen, Stone Queen Chakras: Heart, Spleen and Anima Mundi Druid Sacred Animals: Each (Horse), Bo (Cow), Seabhac (Hawk), Muc (Sow)

    Invocation of Nhaiarva:

By the Threefold Seynlight and by the Red and White Crystal Paths of the Sacred Garden of the Vanishing Stone, I invoke the blessing, guidance and protection of Nhaiarva, Protectress and Keeper of the Grail. (An offering of flowers or other plant foliage, once the consent of the plant essences has been obtained, is a welcome gesture).

Merryth, totem Sea and River Eagle

Merryth, who is white with black and white wings and azure blue eyes, wears on her left leg a band of gold on which is engraved a swimming circle of Druidic salmon. Across her eyes, which are like miniature summer skies, one can sometimes see white clouds (or storm clouds!) drifting. She imparts understanding through her piercing, soul-searching, uncompromisingly truthful gaze, and helps remedy a lack of focus or clear vision, and the fear of letting go. She imparts courage to be alone, or to hold to one's convictions, brings up into the light suppressed shadow elements or unconscious contents, and strengthens one's resolve. She helps protect, retrieve and reintegrate souls who have wandered, especially during sleep, to disturbing Underworld realms. She is the prime protectress during dream-incubation.

    Shakasta, totem Humpback Whale

Finding and working with an animal helper is one of the primary initiations of the shaman. Shakasta helps relieve stress; her quietness is calming and soothing and leads one to hear the distant, beckoning sea-songs of the male Humpback singers, which induce sleep healing and incubation dreaming. Shakasta is a guide in Vision Quests to find the sea-deep treasures of the soul; she encourages attunement with Tao as the flow of life energy along its natural gradient, strengthens the water (emotional/intuitive) element, eases emotional pain and allows the tranquil acceptance of suffering inflicted by the ignorance of others. She encourages compassionate support of and playful fellowship with kindred souls and helps one find one's 'pod' of likeminded friends in the journey of life.

    Serrade, totem Purple Shark

A large (about 4m.) shark, Serrade is moved and directed totally by instinct and by the sense of smell. Hearing, critical reflection and sight play little part in his role as a discerner of amoral 'rightness' and 'wrongness'. He can transform into human shape, in which guise he is able to reason, and he can function well underwater without a head. His form of attack is usually head-butting, and he helps in discriminating between dangerous and harmless undersea (or unconscious) impulses and forces. He also helps in the diagnosis of blood disorders.

    Guardian Powers of the Underworld:

    Terragian, Sacred Fool

A Tricksterish deity of immense power, cunning and wisdom, Terragian remains 'of no fixed abode,' turning up whenever and wherever he wills in various guises and (usually) outlandish attire. Terragian presides over Music and Healing, is the foremost authority on astronomy, and unites in himself all the dynamic polarities of life. Promiscuous, innocently pompous, flambuoyant, independent, compassionate, ageless, wildly inventive, elusive, resourceful and mischievous, he is greatly loved and revered by those who appreciate the supreme virtue and wisdom of holy foolishness.

    Soul Healing & Diagnosis:

Terragian helps one attain laughter and a sense of humour and perspective; he offers healing, helps in diagnosis through music (rather than song) and inspires understanding of the Cosmos. He mediates soul-questing, particularly to other dimensions of existence, unfolds insight into the mysteries of space-time, its stars and worlds and wonders, and encourages one not to be fixed and inflexible, overly serious or solemn. Terragian nourishes an appreciation of music, encourages and inspires artists, is mediator of Divine wisdom, resolves seemingly impossible situations, disrupts rigidity (i.e. upsets applecarts) and imposes order on chaos through musical harmony. His voice, which varies in pitch, is usually punctuated by laughter and sounds androgynous; he often talks fast in a restlessly alert tone and has been known to mutter 'Wonky Tiddle' now and then. He sometimes wears a cape of shifting rainbow hues, matched with a large beret draped with a giant purple strawberry.

    Colours: All (including ultraviolet)

Crystals: Yellow Sapphire, Topaz, Zircon, Fluorite, Turquoise, Mica, Peacock Ore, Calcite, Rhyolite, Citrine, Jasper, Sodalite, Melonstone Archetypes: The Wise Old Man, Mercurius, the Trickster, the Holy Fool Arthurian Tarot: The Seeker, Merlin, The Star, Grail King, Spear Eight, Spear Knight, Spear Three Chakras: Solar Plexus, Throat & Unus Mundus Druid Sacred Animals: Drui-en (Wren), Dobhran (Otter), Draig-Athar (Air Dragon), Gearr (Hare)

Mythic Affinities: Merlin, Taliesin, Gwydion, Welsh God of enchantment, changes, healing, the sky and illusion.

Morddain, Lord of the Dark Light

Morddain, always a secretive, powerful and taciturn character, dwells on Saeter, a dark world of the collapsed star, Theasterful, in a vast, empty region of the outer galaxy. Here he grew in strength and in time gathered forces to himself, establishing a following among those devoted to the darker sides of mind and Nature. In time he encountered Ainjanneth, who became his faithful aide and mistress. Morddain and his lady came to dwell on the dark, radiation-soaked world, Cyfergyr, sole planet of the green-violet star Morddanthe. A formidable adversary in times of conflict, Morddain rules over the realms of death and darkness. Outburned stars (and sometimes comets) come to his realm where they abide until they are regenerated as dark or bright humanoid forms, the 'Bright' and 'Dark' ones, many of whom aid in keeping the evil Shadow at bay. Morddain retreats regularly for reasons undisclosed to the darkest nebulae of the Heavens, from which he sporadically returns to put into place new schemes of his devising.

    Soul diagnosis & healing:

A powerful and vigilant Protector from harm or danger, Morddain helps one deal with positive challenge, with development of unrealized potential or hidden power, and with the shadow. He imparts strength to endure cataclysmic change, to creatively confront depression, to overcome obstacles by removing ignorance of the truth of a situation, and to resolve conflict. He helps women deal with the dark face of the animus. Morddain aids men in developing a Warrior spirit and fosters strength and depth of character, insight, intuition, cunning, legitimate wrath, leadership ability, energy, determination, a sense of direction or purpose, and courage to face the unknown.

Mythic Affinity: Arawn, Celtic God of the Underworld Colours: Red and black Crystals: Malachite, Obsidian, Pyrite, Tourmaline, Haematite, Realgar, Stibnite, Tiger Iron, Smoky Quartz Archetypes: Death, Rebirth, Strength, the Shadow, Destruction Chakras: Base and Infrared Arthurian Tarot: The Green Knight, The Spiral Tower, Prydwen, Sword Five, Sword Ten, Spear Five Druid Sacred Animals: Draig-Teine (Fire Dragon), Damh (Stag), Tarbh (Bull), Torc (Boar), Bran (Raven)

Guided visionary journey: Enter a black hole and face annihilation at the singularity, which in turn leads to rebirth into the light of a new reality.

Morddain: The Rite of Purification by Fire (Cauldron of Warming, or the

    Seynfire)

  • I am the Flame Imperishable,

    the purging of the Way,

    the purifier from the dross

    of shadow and decay.

Trust me: I shall burn you brightly,

fast consume what fears the fire,

all that cannot last will perish,

    leaving the pure heart's desire.

Let my searing light engulf you,

shield your eyes from me, draw near,

I will blind you into seeing,

    transform the opaque to clear.

Let the Dragon breathe the burning,

    forming unspelt words of flame,

let its breath be drawn from places

    you alone can name.

    I am the Flame Imperishable,

    the forging of the Way

to the Centre through the doors

    of shadow and decay. . . .

  • Ainjanneth, Dark Lady of the Underworld

A force of her own as well as Morddain's mistress, Ainjanneth became the Dark Lord's fearless aide in his secretive exploits, and is adept at weaving illusions and deceptions to waylay those by whom Morddain does not wish to be found. She dwells with Morddain and is a shape-shifter, able as well to multiply images of herself so that she can appear in many places simultaneously. Ainjanneth is often accompanied by a small dragon, a black hawk and/or a black panther.

    Soul Healing & Diagnosis:

Ainjanneth, who seldom offers counsel in words but prefers stealth and action, is a mediatrix to animal guides and helps one become inconspicuous, or to change form when necessary. A superb healer, she inspires cunning, increases energy, resourcefulness and adaptability, attends the Cauldron of Warming, and adds the necessary fuel of the passion for life to the Seynfire (if it is burning weakly).

Mythic Affinities: Morgan Le Fay, Macha, Badh and Nemainn, the Celtic Goddesses of War and patronesses of shapeshifting.

    Colours: Yellow and black

  • Archetypes: Warrior, Shape-shifter, the Helper, the Sorceress

Crystals: Carnelian, Jet, Tiger Eye, Jacinth, Apophylite, Bloodstone, Stilbite,

    Smoky Quartz

Arthurian Tarot: Spear Maiden, Sword Queen, Washer at the Ford, The

    Cauldron, Spear Nine

    Chakras: Base, Spleen and Infrared

Druid Sacred Animals: Sionnach (Fox), Iolair (Eagle), Faol (Wolf)

  • Daynar, totem Wolf

Daynar helps alleviate feelings of aloneness, vulnerability, weakness, loss of direction and loss of contact with intuition. He is a protector and guide through the trials of soul-making and gives one courage to go it alone when one needs to face the threshold guardians of the Underworld. He leads out of danger or restricting situations, transmutates gut instinct into soul wisdom and intuitive spontaneity (i.e.the 'instinct for truth'). He leads to healing objects such as the Holy Grail, helps one cross barriers and take risks, and encourages loyalty and enduring friendship. Daynar appears silver-grey with blue eyes when in World; when roaming the Underworld he appears black with red eyes. His voice is deep, thoughtful and resonant, paternally wise, yet resounding with a dark sense of wild, untamable music.

    Prana-Nathair, totem Serpent

  • "I will not harm the serpent,

Nor will the serpent harm me" (Gaelic hymn)

  • The snake's sinuous movement echoes the movement of the life-force through the body and earth-energy through the land. Nathair, a black and white Inland Taipan, locates energy blockages and is in tune with the deepest instincts of life. He helps with the diagnosis of illness, and with releasing the past and its outgrown ideas and attitudes; he promotes fertility and transformation, symbolic death and rebirth, and inflicts the wound which heals the self and, in turn, others. His voice is a gentle, almost inaudible whisper, accompanied by feather-soft touchings of the tongue. Nathair likes to dart off and return at great speed and with boundless energy, and in dreams likes to coil, when resting or asleep, into a turban-like head-dress. He helps awaken the Kundalini or life-force in the body, activates the base chakra, and arouses the inner fire.

    Prana-Nathair: Rite of Dream Incubation

  • I am the Hand of Dark: in me

    is mystery and certainty,

the gift of life in death to thee,

the One who captures and sets free,

    the Comforter of dreamers.

My shape doth change in form and hue,

    from seeing I deliver you

and set you back to childlike wonder,

    trust me: I shall lead you Under;

    only thereby shall you rise

and set your face to windblown skies,

behold again the fields of light -

but first the lonely road of night. . . .

  • Nathair Vision Quest of the Serpent's Egg:

Follow the Serpent through the grass and glide into a crack in a rock face. You enter a dark, moist underground cave full of dripping water, statactites and echoes. You go deeper and eventually see a point of light toward which you move. You must push through the hole and in doing so you shed your skin and emerge into the light onto the grass. Rest awhile in the morning sun as it hardens your new shining skin. What colours and patterns does it have? Now you divide into twin serpents that coil upward about each other to form a caduceus. Between your two mouths forms a gleaming egg. You drop it to the grass and it gently breaks open. What do you see and feel and hear? The light grows and dissolves you in a cool blue radiance. You return in peace.

    Auxiliary Guides:

    Persephone and Pandora, Twin Cats

Persephone (black) and Pandora (white) work together to stimulate an appreciation of sensuality, grace, instinctual energy, detachment and luxury. Their prime sensory mode is touch, through which they convey their complementary natures: Persephone is wilder, more unpredictable, more sinister, wary, seductive, and prone to unleashing her claws as a gentle reminder of her wounding potential. Pandora is more placid and gentle, and offers comfort and undemanding companionship. Both love me equally, and are equally loved.

    Sabralene of the Lake

A member of the Order of the Chalice, Sabralene is a Nature guardian and healer who dwells in a quiet wood. Here she tends sick animals and watches the stars for signs of disturbance in the harmony of the Heavens. She is small in build, has long, light brown hair and hazel eyes, and is Befriended (soul-bonded) to the golden Singer star, Ferrandansity.

Crystals: Clear Quartz, Amber, Dioptase, Unakite

Chakras: Base, Spleen, Solar Plexus and Heart chakras

Arthurian Tarot: Grail Maiden, Spear Queen, Stone Nine, Sword Six

    Jessiah

Jessiah is a practical and down-to-earth wizard exiled from Syngard, a Shadow-invaded orbiting galaxy, where he once resided on the planet Valdisson. Jessiah became feared, hated and persecuted by those who aligned themselves with the Shadow, for he spoke out continually against the destruction of Nature, the degeneration of art, and the instigation of meaningless kinds of work and existence, all symptoms of the Grey infiltration. Jessiah is skilled in diplomacy, herblore, healing, reading the weather and the stars, story-telling, working with animal guides and rune-lore.

Chakras: Solar Plexus, Throat & Anima Mundi

Arthurian Tarot: Stone Hallow, Stone Three, Stone Eight

    Cymbelle

Cymbelle takes the form of a mermaid, greenish-blue and golden in colour, with long, flowing hair, and as the 'Sea Goddess' roams throughout the oceans of the Worlds, residing for the most within the deep, luminous, subterranean sea of the moon Ambareen [see Aaivan page]. Her green-blue eyes open only under water and are always closed above the surface. Cymbelle is seldom seen, but her haunting singing is often heard in the distance, carried by the winds of the seas.

Crystals: Azurite, Kyanite, Chrysocolla, Amazonite, Coral, Green and Blue Quartz.

    Chakra: Third Eye

    Enwhyvar

The leading lady and Convenor of the Order of the Chalice, Enwhyvar is also a scholar, builder, merchant and physician. She has also been Moonselv (female overseer) of a lunar mining colony. She is tall, with dark brown eyes and silver-gold hair.

Befriended Stellar and Lunar Entities and Essences

Tiergwaen: A yellow-orange star, Tiergwaen offers empathy and support in times of suffering and helps one release emotional pain.

Ferrandansity: A large yellow Singer star; her songs concern the unity of the Heavens and strengthen bonds of empathy among the stars and planets. She is Befriended to Sabralene of the Lake. She helps us sustain, celebrate and attune our hearts to the underlying Harmony of the Cosmos.

Seaureyne: A yellow-orange Singer star, Seaureyne is able to aid in the weaving of songlines used in diagnosis of soul-illness, soul-loss, or planetary wounds, such as holes in the ozone layer (which parallel tears in the etheric web or aura).

Pharzaine: This protostar boasts a world of ancient, sentient crystals, ranging in size from sand-grains to mountains and strewn across a desert of violet sand beneath an auroran sky of lethal radiation. Pharzaine is a violet-green haze of seething energy able to induce delirium in any who approach his realm unprotected. His sister star, equally formidable, is Morddanthe, star of Mordddain's realm. Pharzaine, largely through the calming effect of his planetary crystals, is able to help one deal with psychic disorientation, disturbing mental energies or visions, schizophrenia, or a destabilized aura.

Primavrian: A many-coloured, transparent, hollow Moon, Primavrian discloses flaws in the unity of the Worlds through aberrations in the flow and weave of its colours. Those who are ready to perceive deeply the harmony of the Imaginal Cosmos may venture within this moon by special permission of Aaivan. Primavrian helps in diagnosing chakra imbalances and blockages in energy flow, largely through colour visualization.

Ambareen: Ambareen is covered with pools of luminescent, pale green water which seeps upward from the moon's Underworld seas. Flocks of silver fish roam the starry, airless skies and through the clear sides of the crystalline mountain ranges the upsurging seas can be seen. This moon is a favourite place to Aaivan, who communes regularly with its sea-beings. Ambareen helps in remembering dreams and in interpreting their meaning, and is a gateway to the unconscious and its water deities.

Issanda: Aaivan's ice-covered home moon. He helps give form to artistic visions and channel creative energies constructively, and imparts inspiration during times of solitary wandering.

Arcturus: A blue and white binary star of the Milky Way galaxy, Arcturus provides (sometimes dangerous) landscapes of the imagination in which the questing soul may discover his/her embodies shadow, divine inner spark and, ultimately, illumination as the gnosis of the unnamable Absolute within. These two stars help questers listen to and follow the beat of their heart as soul-guide. They help one see through doctrines or religious dogmas to the wordless truth beyond. Arcturus is a guide of the shamanic drumming of the life-pulse.

Miranda: A moon of Uranus, 7th planet of Sol; she inspires a love of exploration and adventure and one's solitary appreciation of the sublime grandeur in Nature (particularly very high mountain ranges).

    Activating Crystals

I dedicate this crystal to the One Energy of the Three Worlds. Throughout the Four Realms I undertake to draw upon its energies to enrich and heal all living things.

For I am One in ek-stasis with all Imaginal Nature. I activate the life force within this crystal in order that its pure energy may serve the Universal Way (Great Tao).
